Duration: 0900-1700

Tide: neap

Weather: calm

Water temp 9C

Bait: peeler, rag, dunnes store mac and frozen squid

Rigs: pollack lures and wrasse traces

Results: coalie, pollack, ballan, whiting, ling, haddock and launce

Report: still not a single mackerel could be found, although shoals
of small coalies could be caught on the feathers, sea still in winter
mode, water temp up 1/2 degree since two weeks ago.
we fished every reef and pinnacle along the north side of the
peninsula all the way up to healy's island ( dunlickey )
and we caught a few nice pollack, but slow enough still

That's a good report jw. Gives idea of what's going on. Sorry I could not make with you guys this time. I still got a bit of cold. I'm quite surprised that sea is still in "winter mode".
