Report: We headed out to Bray head at first, spent about an hour with no luck, plenty of Gannets and turns diving but must have just been small stuff. We then decided to head towards dalkey island, stopping at the Buoy at Shangannagh, spent about 40 mins drifting, only got the whiting and dab here. At the island we made a few passes at a usual spot and weren't disapointed, some half decent size Pollock and Wrasse falling to the rag on a flowing trace. Used the same trace around the Muglins and thats where we landed the Codling, just on the drop off in to deep water towards the island.
Stopped off at the island for some Pollock lunch, yum yum

Then headed back round for a few more drifts getting some more decent size wrasse.
Shame there wasn't a few mack or herring about but seems to be the story this weekend, only managed a few stragglers last week.
Good days fishing in all and Fred popped his boating cherry too!

I have pictures of some of the wrasse, just having trouble re-sizing at the moment
