tope

Mon Jul 21, 2008 5:37 pm

afternoon session was targetting tope, brian had the first fish, we could see it had been tagged. It would have been interesting to see whether it had come 1000 miles but
the inadequate wire trace was sawn through just at the boat

two tope were boated and a second trace bitten off

Tope + shark

Great trip, shame to drop my first tope because the Greys tope leader wasnt up to the job,The shark that John got caused a bit of a stir by picking up two of the baits,The Huss and whiting we got were of a good stamp of fish Huss around 13 and several of the whiting around the two pound mark, keeping going when the fishing was a bit slow certainly paid off,,Luke the skipper put in a big effort to get us the fish we were after, and thanks to Jw for organising the trip.
