People: Myself and papa smurf

Duration:11-4

Boat: Moonshine

Tide:rising

Weather:flat calm...but the mist arrived!!! no wind!

Bait: Hokai, rag, peeler, sand eels

Rigs: flowing traces

Results: Pollock, wrasse, thornback Rays, octopus :(

Report: Headed out and tried to find some macks...no luck :? just pollock...we then headed for some deep marks over clean gound. Thornies came to rag and the nice fat wrasse seemed to like the peeler. last fish of the day and out pops an octopus  ..not too happy either..shooting dye everywhere!! Then the mist came down and if it wasnt for the compass we could have been in trouble....visibilty dropped to 50 yards. Eventually made it to the coast and just followed it around to home port.

Weather was funny feeling...I knew the fishing wasnt going to be great....felt too quiet and very close if that makes sense??
