Report: Another impromptu after work fish because of the lovely weather. Not much fish early on, tried various spots in the harbour to get some mackerel for bait. Went out as well to a cod mark of mine, but to no avail. Saw the dolphins as per usual and a sunfish just at the mouth of the harbour. Got pollack and cod over harbour rock on the drift, found a few mackerel around buoy 6 then anchored up and hauled in a load of dogfish. The weaverfish appeared on some feathers, unfortunately I didn't recognise it, but after identifying it this morning seems I was lucky I didn't prick myself. The mackerel came on towards high tide, and they were breaking the water around us. Great evening to be out.
