Bit of an apology here boys as I said to Angela that I might join you's for a run out.
JGF mentioned that a "Motley Crew" had been aboard the day before for a run to Tory and I was the leader of the aforementioned crew! Not glasses, but bottles of Brandy and Vodka were consumed on the way to Tory and the island hotel had a large hole punched in its reserves before we headed back to Rathmullan. The lesser able of the crew crawled back to Letterkenny to hide under their beds, however I did my duty to help keep McAteers and John T's in business until well into the night.
I have to say that when my alarm went off at 8:00am to join you's I decided that curling back up in my warm bed was chosen as the better option.
Sorry I didn't make it as I'd have liked to have met those I haven't done before ................. and even those I have! Glutton for punishment or what!
Also disappointing that it wasn't a calm day as the fishing can be really good.
Hopefully you'll try again later in the summer.
