Report:First time to fish this beach, location of beach gives shelter from wind southerlys,small beach, rocks to the right, shingle banks to the left, distance casting found rough ground lost a few rigs,so fished close in, will come back again looks ok ,maybe a recce at low tide first, hard to fish later on in year top spot for watersports. Anyway would liked to have stayed on but forgot waterproof leggings soaked to the b..........
but as arnie says i,ll be back

A recce at low tide always helps... Nice to get out though.

Once fished this bay for Ray in between Bass sessions. Long range sandeel wasnt touched so I dropped a worm bait in at 30 yards and had 12 bass in a row. All small though, from about 1Ib to 2Ib. There were that many of them they were getting spooked when the bait hit the water.

Just one of those freak nights I guess.
