People:me and two others

Duration:7.30pm -1am

Tide:low water to high +1 hour ebb
Weather:dead calm

Bait:lug squid lamprey

Rigs:3 hook flapper

Results:two nice dab, three 6" dab and 1 whiting 5"

Catch and Release::Yes/ No (took two big dab for my supper)



Report:all dabs were taken on lug tipped with lamprey in 12 inches of water
A very flat sea and a bit chilly not the best weather for bass but you dont know unless you try

Can you say were in Dublin and this lampey really works. Were do you get it and were is it from and what does it look like??????????????????????????????? I know all the QQQ but I am interested.

you get lamprey in most tackle shops kleeneze, they use them for pike a lot, there similar to an eel, full of blood and and seriously tough.

They have a round sucker mouth full of teeth and attach to other fish and suck their blood, little VAMPIRES!!!!!!!
WHERE IN DUBLIN BAY?? between kingstown and ringsend cannot be more specific (i need my knee caps ) you know the storieeeeeeeeeeeeee!
lamprey is available in baumans in stillorgan its 6 yo yos for 2
i think its available in southside angling to
this stuff is like something dunlop make for runners and will take a serious hammering am only experimenting with it at the moment will try it on its own off the beach next see what happens
