Report:disappointing evening, conditions were difficult but good surf
thought there would have been a few codling but no dice! :(

Hey, was thinking of heading to Wexford on sat or sun, what beaches are fishing best at the moment??? i generall fish morris castle or cahore point but wouldnt mind trying somewhere else!!

hi, id advise you to have a look at the forecast before you travel to wexford this weekend, not looking good for fishing. all the steep beaches on the south coast will be unfishable due to mass of weed, if your traveling id stay up along the east coast which should remain sheltered as long as the wind doesn't turn easterly

Was thinking of north wexford got the forcast there and one site said severe gales and another said light breeze, this is the forcast for tomo. so which one is right???

actually looks ok sw/w 30km for tomorrow should be fine up along that stretch but dont venture south

Can ya recommend any of the beaches on the norh??? i was thinking morriscastle but cahore point or harbour could be sheltered

morriscastle or tiberna just south of that would be fine, had heard of a few codling been caught up that way last week
