That looks like a rare blue lobster !!
From wikipedia:
Blue lobsters
Around one in a million lobsters is blue. A research study conducted at the University of Connecticut, discovered that a genetic defect causes a blue lobster to produce an excessive amount of protein. The protein, and a red caratenoid molecule known as astaxanthin, combine to form a blue complex known as crustacyanin, giving the lobster its blue color

I'm not sure but I think thats a regular (really, really old!) lobster. The blue ones are more sky blue that navy, which is the standard color for lobbies.

Fair nuff, I thought the standard ones were a kind of rusty/ocre colour.
Have never seen a blue one like that one before.
Cheers,
Patrick.
