Report: Despite the dreadful weather prospects decided to brave the elements and give Greystones a lash. Was going to go Sunday but heard there was a competition planned for Sunday 1st Oct. Personally not a big fan of Greystones as it never fails to disappoint me. Started off with a little codling, I have bigger Clown Loaches in my tank at home but was still hopeful of a productive day. My brother got an eel but it got off just at the waters edge could have been a small conger but will never know for sure. Huge amount of weed around and with the stong winds and big waves hard to see or feel bites. Anyway more of a character building excerise that an productive fishing one but will I go again if the slightest chance arises, eh yes.
