Report:

Got down in time for low water in the morning and went out around the oyster beds. Water very coloured and didn't see a single bass, never mind catch one! Should have guessed though when Cortaz was off surf fishing that there wouldn't be much caught.
That evening fished the incoming tide along the bar with again not a touch, never say as much weed in the water in my life, rod got dragged in every cast due to the quantities of weed and run of tide . Place was absolutely heaving with mullet though.
Anyway in summation, Cunnigar is alive with bass but you've got to hit it in the right time, out of four trips this year total of 15 bass, but also with two complete blanks and one trip with one solitary bass.
