People: lee337 and me
Duration:lee from around 7.30, me from around 9pm through to 1am
Tide:high around 11.30
Weather:calm with the occasional shower
Bait:rag, lug, mackerel , sandeel
Rigs:2 and 3 hook flappers and 1 hook clipped
Results:lost count of dogs(average 1 a cast) 1 codling, 3 whiting
Report:good night craic had with the dogs keeping the rod tips knockin! they were so thick on the ground that not much else had a chance to get to the baits. lee had the best whiting of the night, easily over 30cm. the dogs were even attackin the whiting while they were hooked.a little weed on the beach after the SE winds but still fishable through it
carnlough produces the goods once again!

Its not really unusual to Catch them right through Stevie, Think It was last year at the Dee, the Biggest Plague was the Codling which never really seemed to go away.

I have a Feeling its the Beach on the Way into Carlough from Glenarm on the Right, At least thats where I saw the boys fishing last time I was up that direction.

all joking aside, a spinning rod would get them, 2 ounce lead and a 3 hook flapper, thats how easy they were
