Report:
Was thinking I should put this in the boat angling reports seeing that I was fishing in the Portabote, but most of the places we were fishing were easily reachable by rod and line from the shore. I have been wanting to fish around Redrock and the Sutton area in general in the Portabote for some time. Thought I had picked a nice evening for it but upon getting to Redrock there was a stiff enough Southerly blowing. Was able to fish up to the Tower easily enough. Was just a touch too rough to go beyond that. Not a touch on any lures or plugs Tried all over the place. Then tried just off the channel on the Dollymount side. Nothing doing there, except for the amount of Seals. Must have been 10 or more and a couple of them were really big. Might have something to do with the poor fishing. It was nice to get out there and have a nice look around.
