Duration:Wed-Friday evening

Tide:all stages at Inch and Fenit and Low Water at Poulnasherry

Weather:Sunny and windy

Bait:mackeral,sandeel,razor,frozen lug

Rigs:various

Results: mackeral,flounder,bass,huss,dog,tub gurnard

Report: We left galway wed and headed to Inch Strand. Fished Inch on the incoming tide and the very fast out going tide. All that was caught on Inch was 1 mackeral and 1 flounder-not a lot considering we fished from about 5pm-2:30am and I think steve fished again while I sleeping.

Went to Fenit Pier on thursday and started fishing the low water and kept fishing throught to High water on friday morning. Steve was the first to catch a fish which was the first of his 3 bass to be caught on fenit pier.Pappa Smirff got his first ever bass at 5:30am and decided to wake me(was sleeping in my car)

We left Fenit Pier and went to Poulnasherry and fished the last few hrs of low tide where I got my first fish of the trip and a new spieces for me a 4pound huss.Steve got a tub gurnard and Pappa Smirff got a small dog.

In total not much fish for a lot of fishing.Inch was full of weed on wed which made the fishing very difficult. Fenit Pier was full of big spider crabs in fact Pappa Smirff got so many he is now know as the crab master! I am sure when Steve recovers he will add more-dont know why he is tired I was doing all the driving.

The reason i'm tired is no sleep from 7:30am on wednesday morning till 3am thursday morning woke up at 5am thursday morning and fished for a couple of hours, and slept again from 8am - 10am thursday morning... then didn't sleep until friday in th car onthe way home around 4pm'ish...
