Thats a long session, and the results seem good, I'd be very pleased with it anyway!
Have never caught a smoothie and really want to add one to the list. Could you tell me what bait they were caught on and what distance you cast?

hi col
caught the smooth hounds on rag worm and i was fishing 2 rods one in close and one about 150 yards and caught and caught 3 on each. i caught them in the dark i find the best bait for smoothounds is peeler crab.try fishing ballymoney just north of cort town in mid summer caught loads of them there last year plenty of big ones :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Thanks for the info FISHAHOLIC. Good to know you don't need to be a big distance cater to reach them and that some are available to rag.
