Hi Bob
In the Saleens, did you try behind the car park, around 40 metres out, on the EBB tide, say 2 hours down from HT, you normally pick up decent flounder to crab baits? Most people head for the "river" to try for a bass but I've also heard reports to say that Tramore has been quiet recently.

Hello fenitbob.
Was that local wearing a ridiculous amount of orange clothing and too lazy to walk.

I was thinking of getting back on to rock fishing around Tramore on Sat. afternoon. Tired of trying to catch cod in the cold and dark. Would be grateful for any thoughts and advice from the more experienced members. Maybe one rod, jellyworms, deep spinning for pollock and another rod out with a mack for possibly a conger. Else a bit of float fishing for wrasse? Of course only if the weather is suitable....im not totally crazy!

This was a big problem a couple of years ago but seems to be a thing of the past. I HOPE.

Pity you didn't have a S.A.I. badge or something. Lice to meet forum users but usually only find out after who I was talking to.

Hi
Top right hand corner of the boards - JD has distributed one to all SAC members for 2006 as far as I know. Forum members could always buy a few, any profit (damn all) goes to pay for the website hosting...
It's either that or dodgy handshakes!!!
