I was told this spot is great for spinning with a Kilty lure over low tide, bit of a long walk down the beach from near the golf club though but I got there! There was a good few people fishing on both sides, some were bait fishing, others on the fly and a handful of people spinning/plugging including myself! I kept rotating lures, casting in all directions and moving around a bit but no joy. The only signs of life were the sprat hopping as I brought my lure in!
