Windy night

Postby MC » Sun Oct 15, 2017 3:21 pm

Well lads I needed to get fishing and having watched the forecasts the wind was meant to be 12-15mph, turned out to be a lot more, still fishable just. Once I got to my spot on the pier I set up one rod and tied the tripod to the rail, just in case. I decided to stick to one rod as the wind was strong and the tip was bouncing around but it was still easy to spot bites, we'll all three of them. I was hoping for a late season Ray as the water temperature is still high but I guess they have moved on but the crabs where still there, thankfully the doggies had stuck around. Its been too long since I've used the shore gear but I hope to get out again maybe before next year
