Decided to hit a beach for a couple of hours on Saturday before work. It was baltic to say the least! Tide was running quiet strong and 4oz grips were struggling to hold bottom. No sign of fish for the first hour and then a promising rattle produced a nice small sea trout of 28cm. First of the year. About half an hour later he was followed by an identical brother at 32cm. They both shot of like rockets in the surf. Great conditon and no sea lice. Packed it up as the hands lost feeling and work was calling!
