got a first on the pier last night. a pigeon .it got tangled on the line.it was none the worst for its ordeal and flew away happy..fishing was not bad 24 fish which comprised of whiting, codling, scorpion, coalie, pollock and pouting all on lug and rag fish from6 to 10 ,apart from a very heavy and long lasting shower the weather was lovely and mild and just a gentle breeze oh forgot to mention that i got a corkwing wrasse as well,, so seven species its getting better , roll on the smoothounds
