Great bunch of lads a change of scenery a few fish and an immense feeling of inferiority ( I think that about covers it )

No but seriously had a good night and would be keen to go again.
Would advise any other greenhorns that have reservations of how they would be accepted to throw caution to the wind and go.These guys would make you feel welcome with a bamboo stick and a safety pin.

many thanks to all.

Well said Jonny. This was the first I have met with these lads and they were all good craic - thanks to all the guys. It was a great night for me personally, 2 new species to add to my list - one of them almost an Irish Specimen   .

Sounds like i missed a good one.

I can only agree with coments made on the group.

It start as 3. me ,k2 and ron. And now has become a munster. For any other new starts out there unsure of these meets and feeling out of place.
you could not be more wrong. from day one i have been learning and improving my fishing and knowledge. were else would you get it. Read a book watch a tape buy a mag. why do this when these lads will let you look and learn from them.

Go on come out enjoy the craic take the abuse and have fun.
