Report:After a four hour journey from dublin we arrived at the head the sea was alive with fry and great shoals of sand eels.
the first cast a pollock of 2lb the 3 of us were catching fish every cast and losing a few two. all fish were between 1 and 4 pounds peter or top rod as he likes to be called and i lost a couple of large pollock we ended the session with more then 30 fish and a very injoyable evening.

the same has happened to me around that same mark, fellas fishing for mack and getting nowt. while i have a pain in my arm from reeling in pollock.

Great report and photos lads. I remember a similar one you guys had last year in the Bearna area in West cork.

Cracking looking mark, screams pollock. I'd be happy as a pig in s*** standing out there all day with a lure rod and a bunch of SP's.
