Report:
Cracker of a day so no better place to be than on the beach! Arrived around 7ish, there were already quite a few anglers there but stil managed to get my usual spot

Water was fairly calm and very clear so pictured a total dogfest. And it really did turn out to be a totally canine affair - first couple of hours were quiet but around 21:00 a pack of baby hounds arrived. Got about 3 pups in 5 mins, they were small but had good crack with them on my smaller rod.
Anyway after about one hour the hounds raced into a 5-nil lead. You would think it was match over but the dog's weren't giving up that easy. 5-1.....5-2......then 5-3 ( was this to be one of the greatest comeback ever?)...... a few near misses but no goals.....then 5-4 with the dogs digging deep for the draw....was it to be.....no!!! last in was a hound just before fulltime - FINAL SCORE 6-4 to the hounds but what a match
There was also a little dab in there somewhere but he was sent off for interfering with play!
Anyway i can't really complain cos it was good to be catching but I would have swapped all those fish for just one big hound! But where are they
can't be long now......
