[b]People[Myself, son and nephew]:

[b]Duration[all day saturday]:

[b]Tide[all coming]:

[b]Weather[chilly but sunny]:

[b]Bait[limpet and SP's]:

[b]Rigs[weedless]:

[b]Results[wrasse and pollock]:

[b]Report[the Burren on days like this in sunshine is a joy to behold, After a nice trek we got to the mark, as u can see its a big gully nice and deep, flat platforms with nice bottom. A good place to teach (try to anyway) my son how to use weedless SP's. We had a good day all in all with plenty of wrasse all sizes, all colours and nice pollock too, the top one in the photo of three was 2kg all on light gear. About 3 pm though a strange kind of algae came to the surface all around and lots of small jelly fish that looked like box jellyfish in comparison came around. The trek back to car was a bit sore on the knees but a good day had by all]:

There are plenty of big fish there but none of them are cod :D. Great mark there and some lovely wrasse. good to see a few lads hunting them with SP's now.

Yea baitdigger, i love fishing with them especially with light gear too. The colouration between each one is brilliant
