4th got a call from the lad asking if i fancyed a trip out with kit dunne on sunday as there was a spot to be filled so i jumped on the chance told the lad about the session the night b4 and they said that they wanted to head to poolbeg to see if there was any mack around for bait for the boat trip then i told them i still had bait left over from the night b4 and asked if they fancyed a hound session after the macky bashing as they have never caught one they we well up for it we arrived down not long after low water and left all the big gear in the car and just took the mack gear with us for the long walk to the lighthouse we fish down the top for a couple of hours and had about 40 mack between us then back to the car and got the hound gear ready first cast in both me and errol were into fish and the then errol had a run of hound in the first hour then i started picking up fish on every cast poor jay could not connect with one but theres alway next time overall a great 2 nights fishing only 10 mins from home
