Duration: 4hours +

Tide: heading out then on the turn

Weather: GLORIOUS!! :D

Bait: mack sandeel rag

Rigs: yip

Results:
first time i have ever fished whiterock beach, really enjoyed it. the weather was great! and the scenery was fantastic.
plenty of people on the beach walking, swimming  , surfing, kayaking, flying kites, picnicing etc etc....... even though it was still a quite cold
got set up at the end of the beach just out of the way of most people. was about 4pm and i knew that the majority of people would start to clear off closer to dinner time anyways
was hoping for a turbot but didnt get one. baits were coming back completely untouched.. but i didnt care too much because the weather was just great
managed one fish in the end, a lovely little seatrout maybe slightly over 1lb. it took the mack bait. was well chuffed, beautiful fish. released it to fight another day
very nice session despite there being few fish about. i left at dusk a very content and happy man 8)
few pics below...

Nice report there Chuckaroo, it would make you want to get out and give it a go. That particular spot you set up at was lovely and a nice sea trout as well. Great pics, so why is it called Whiterocks? I fished that area once in January a few years ago, it was very cold as I arrived and a wetsuit-clad surfer, who was practically blue in the face, came out of the water towards me and asked me if I would "kindly unzip" him! Well we'd only just met!

Unlucky with the Turbot, but no doubt you'll get yourself a few in a month or two, easy. Nice bonus with the trout man, i'd certainly be happy with that!! Great pics as always btw.

Lovely pictures indeed, lovely beach that, fished it two years ago and whilst only got a tiny flat it was still a pleasure to spend the day there.
Your label is most likely from Spanish longliner, they use the sardines to bait the longlines  .
