People: Myself and my brother Greg
Duration: approx 5 hours
Tide: high tide approx 2.15pm
Weather: calm, dull, mild. The sea was a slight bit choppy.
Bait: Rag
Rigs: various size hooks under a pike float at various depths. Also tried a basic ledger setup near the end of the session
Results: Numerous coalies, a couple of pollock and a wrasse. Some of the coalies and pollock were over a pound. Pictures available in my personal album.
Report: A very enjoyable floating session. Non stop action with some half decent fish landed. I also spotted fish jumping about 60/70 yards out from the rocks. Has anybody any idea what these might have been? There were also a few seals about.
