I do believe im starting to get into this shore fishing malarchy

After the recent storms I thought I'd give the beach a blast this afternoon. I decided upon Shroove as there is very little info / reports on this site about it and it looks as fishy as any other of the more popular beaches in Inishowen.
I have to say it fished really well, as detailed above we landed just after 3pm and fished through to 6pm, so we had 2 hours
before dark and one in darkness. First throw I had 2 small coalies around the 20cm mark. Next cast I had a coalie and a flounder, this pattern kept up for the first 2 hours, with a few coalies well over the 30cm mark and the best flounder pictured below was 36cm. All in all it was an enjoyable evening with a steady stream of fish, strange tho that it fished better in Daylight than it did during darkness.
