they where being herderd up along waterfoot beach last friday - took a few for bait, they any good??

twas a fun night although that wind was just insane, worth the effort though
all i have to do now is catch a pike on one

that will save you a good few quid in bait man. just redistribute the finances into the form of diesel and get a few more sessions squeezed in with the savings :wink: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

In Northern Europe, they say herring is one of the best bait for nearly all type of fish :!:
But like always, fresh is the best.

If i had them all, i would cook them in our way, fresh and in marinade (salt, pepper and vinegar, 2 weeks in a closed can and the best sandwich u can make from the fish) lovely fish !
