Results: 30 mackerel 1 dog

we decided to get out in the rain to see if there was any mackerel round the Antrim coast and I also took another rod to see if the flatties and dogs were still about after one a chuck beginning of the week, and john with a 3lb plaice.
There was only one dog and no tap tap tapping like before but wife and I ended up with 30 odd mackerel and Charlotte had the joy of filleting them because you was in a strop and didn't want to fish. Lol

yes mate it defo getting the freezer filled. might even brave the wind and try again

can't beat a bit of bait collecting nicki . even better when you have a junior filleter on hand
