directions for both from waterfoot village following coast road-
red bay pier is just outside the village as you take the road north for cushendall-you really cant miss it.
ledges is on the south side of waterfoot as you drive round heading for carnlough you will pass an old ruined broken pier and there is a small kind of layby on your right, basically fish anywhere round here.
ledges bottom fishing can be very productive with wrasse pollack coalies in and around the first 50ish yards out though you will lose gear, most guys tend to cast carefully from the road itself avoiding passing cars etc!,and basically thump it as far as you can onto the clean sandy ground out past the weed for varied species including plaice codling etc.
hope this helps lads.
