Man Down!!

Weather: fine, as we started early.

We got an early start, to fish a rock mark near ballycastle. We both baited up 2 rods and cast them in, but no bites at all. Tried as far out as we could reach.... no luck. So doggy dave rigged up a spinning rod, and as he manovered over the slippery rocks to get closer to the water, he went over on his ankle and down he went on the rocks. He limped back and just settled for the bait rods. About 20 minutes later he noticed red stains on the mossey rocks.. it was his blood. His boot and black track bottoms under his wet gear were soaked in blood. So pack up time and make our way back across the rocks to the car. Got home and he went to A&e at the ulster hospital and got it sorted. It turnd out quite a small cut but had hit a vein. My day got worse, as i was home early i could please my wife by getting stuck in to laying a wooden floor, that id put off til sometime next week
