Glenarm Breakwater, Co Antrim 1/06/11

Wed Jun 08, 2011 1:18 pm

People: Bingham, Sheppy, Drew

Duration: 3 Hours

Tide: Low and Pushing

Weather: Lovely

Bait: Mackeral, Sandeel, Rag

Rigs: Various

Results:

Dogs, Coalfish, Pollack, Codling, Corkwing, Ballan, Shore Rockling

Report:

Late report.

Last Wednesday we were supposed to have a shore match, but sadly it was cancelled so Bingham, Sheppy and I decided to hit Glenarm breakwater to see what we could winkle out.
Pleasently surprised is the general concensus with plenty of doggies making an appearance along with plenty of rounds.

Will add pics soon.

Nice result, fished the beach but never the breakwater, always wondered about tit ('it', I meant but I just thought I'd leave the mistake in, shows you what's really on my mind) tho'

Nice fishing lads, real good mixed bag. The dogs put a bend on the old rod which is always good craic.
