Weather:light breeze, sunny with odd shower
Bait:rag mack sandeel squid
Rigs: 1 and 2 hook clipped
Results:lost count of dogs!, a few small pollack,codling,dabs,flounders and plaice,wrasse.
Report:it was a kind of last minute decision on the venue , but-
god, what a days craic fishing, had a few spells during the day where no fish came in but when they were on the feed by god they were on! myself and uel regularly catching doubles of dogs with the other bits and pieces threw in for good measure!found it best to hit the dogs quick as they were having a tendancy just to hang on to the bait if you didnt set the hook in them after the initial tap tap tap!
all in all just nice to be catching so many fish in daylight for a change! 8) goodness knows what all would have been caught if we had have fished on into dark! :)
