Report: We decided it was time for our first outing of the year.

We hit Waterfoot Beach at 6:00 and fished for about an hour until the weed drove us away. All we had was a wee dab to myself. We looked at the pier but it was a bit busy so we headed round to Cushenall, the wee pier beside Dalriada Rocks.

We fished through to about 10:00. Things were slow until the sun dropped after which it was a constant stream of bites. Mainly coalies with the odd flattie thrown in. I got a very very thin pollack for a bit of variety & Daniel for his first ever shore caught doggie!

It was good fun and we'd have stayed longer if we'd been properly attired! LOL
