Report:after a few week of planning we hit st mullins with high hopes of a few shad but it was not to be fishing was very slow all along the river with reports of ones and twos coming from up and down the bank gavin had the only fish of the day after about 20 mins and that was that not another sniff all day still great to be down in such a lovely place and great weather to go along with it made it very enjoyable day even with me and git not geting anyting

lovely fish, looks like a cross between a bass and a chub
is this technically sea angling though?
just wondering is all

yeah but so are sea trout and if you caught one in fresh water it still wouldnt be sea fishing
going by the pictures i thought it was fresh water they were fishing but i now stand corrected
