CUSHENDUN BEACH 22/23 AUG

Me and 2 mates.

Tide 01.10 full moon. Weather cold but dry.

Fished 2 before and 2 after high.

Bait... Rag , mac , squid , grab , sandeel.

Total fish... 14 codling 1 pollock 1 flattie and a toothpic ? (whiting)

Good night overall weather and conditions good very strong tide so mac was of hook in minutes. Used sandeel and rag most of night with rag being the best. Got rag from new shop on york road belfast. Not the best otherwise believe catch would have been better. The rag until last batch were ok but remember to look before you leave shop.

Fished infront of games pitchs and seems to be best part of beach. will be back good spot. But a few lazy anglers hand left the old rag bags and line everywere. We cleared it and binned it. But with danger from the enveromentos not good to see.
