Report:
I went out today to a esturary here in Kerry ,hoping to catch my first sea trout of the year.. Plan was to use sand eel on one rod and also spin with a light spinning rod.. when the tide started to come in stong, I got a good bite on the sandeel and reeled me in a nice sea trout of about 1.5 lbs, I then switched to spinning and got a few sea trout bites but did not manage to hook any,,I did manage to hook two school bass which gave a good fight on the light rod,, after this things went slack..all firsh released.
