People: Myself and Fiancees Dad

Duration: 8pm - 12:20pm

Tide: High at 21:52pm

Weather: Mainly Dry/Few Showers

Bait: Squid/Mackerel

Rigs: Wishbone

Results: 3 dogfish

Report: good night considering that last week we both drew blanks at Glenarm. We was both getting knocks on every cast, but like me i kept getting false ones due to major crab activity (2 crabs caught)........
good place to fish, its quiet, not weedy at all.
the only thing that bugged me was the wash off the ferrys coming in and out (what did i expect lol).
thanks to bill for the reccomendation of the place - we will be back soon.

Nice to see you caught. We should be heading down there tonight for a session. Take worms with you next time as there's a few flatties and cod about.
Did you fish the left or right side?

Bill.

Good to hear you eventually got a couple of dogs. Worms probably would help with the other species but its a difficult venue to get size-able fish. The lough at this point is not the deepest so it is better to fish around high water. If you had fished the other side its a little shallower although it a lot easier to spin from.
