Glenarm and the 2 month blank beaten!

Weather: Rain but dried up in to a half decent night

Bait: Rag Mackerel crab and sandeel

Results: 7 Bearded rockling, 6 whiting, 1 flounder and 1 Codling




Report:

Decided to bite the bullet and get back out for another session, this 2 month blank was really startin to get me down! So headed to Glenarm after hearing some good reports. Daylight fishing was very poor Dave got the first fish a very small flounder, but hey we where off to a start!

Unfortunitely things died down for an hour or two and as i was striping untouched bait from my hooks all i could think about was selling the gear on ebay !! lol

But as soon as darkness hit, it was none stop for me, the bearded rocking where throwing themselves at me!

None of the fish where any great size! but it was just great to be catching again......

I love this fishing malarkey!!!

Well done mate, i had a long stint of blanks and its soul destroying, but i caught a couple of coalies or whiting [not sure which] and was so glad to catch anything.
