at least your still pulling them in ashley with no blanks . it will soon be getting to that time of the year again when there will be a lot of blanks doing the rounds

Yes Clone can be good for lots of small flatties with an odd big one. The images below are from the EFSA Winter Festival of last year.

As regards blanks Al + Jordan I tend to stop sea fishing and go pike and coarse fishing from now until May with fly fishing for trout thrown in from April.

You got me there Tony, however in my defence bar the double all fish shown are over the 30cm mark which was always the cut off point even in the good times.

Ashley it must be all that fresh water fishing your doing making you mellow. Im sure you will harden up and pull something nice out of the bag when summer comes...
