Tide:high then dropping

Weather:nice and clear

Bait:lug, mack and squid

Rigs:flappers and pulleys

Results:2. 5 pound codling, flounder, pollack or coalie, rockling and whiting




Report:nice nite of constant fishing with a decent codling on my new rod, a great way to christen a new rod

well done on the cod its a great fish to get from the shore. id say some fight. congrats on breaking in the new rod .

Thanks lads for all the comments, i picked up a cheap D.A.M redsteel light beach rod great to cast and even better tip see all the small bites and strong enough to haul in the codling, happy days 8)
