Portstewart 21.09.10

Caught another triggerfish. I let the last one go but decided to try this one as they are apparently good eating. I gutted it at the rocks and weighed it at home. It weighed 1lb 9oz post gutting.

how was the eating?

Two nice fillets but in the freezer. The wife likes to scan the web for a good receipe so will have to wait but am told they are quality.
