Sticking with the Dublin marks it was a very local beaches turn tonight. There was an OK surf at first but it mellowed out after a while as the wind changed. We followed the tide in and I got a knock on my third cast. It wasn't the 40cm plus flounder that I had hoped for but I left without the blank. The fish took a small razor bait on a size 4. We met Pat from the East Coast Raiders too with his young lad and had a good old natter. And some photographer took a shine to my good looks and took some pics of us fishing. It was amazing how he used the moon light in the shots and the whole beach looked bright in them. He said he will mail them on so fingers crossed. In the mean time here is some from a phone
All in all more talking then fishing. We will have to bring the tea and watercress sandwiches next time!
