Report:
Decided to use up the bait that was left from Glenarm Beach on friday night. So woke myself up early and tried to shake the hangover off

!!
Got to Carrick Harbour around 7ish and set up, place was dead, no bites, 9.45 came and the hangover got worse,

decided to pack up. Started to reel the big rod in, and i thought i was dragging in a bit of weed, I looked over the wall watched the shockleader come up and then a doggie, well pleased as it was my first ever

I found it strange that the fish didnt fight or even knock the rod, even when i was getting the hook out, the doggie just curled up into a ball, i couldn't even straighten the thing out for a photo, it just locked into this ball.
Anyways hangover was gone so i rebaited and cast out again, and straight away got a big knock and reeled in a fighting dogfish this time, well pleased!!!
Great wee morning!
