donegal mini session.

hi all . a small report on a short session. went to donegal to the annagry water festival.its first year this year. so a shore session was held at the local beach . 10 min away. on saturday morning 12.30 to 4. 12 anglers on the beach / rock mark. alot of weed at the start and 4oz leads lifted with the current. but 20 min into the fishing i landed a flounder so blank saved. 
. the man next to me landed a turbot. a class fish. there was mixed ground and the lads fishing near there was also into fish.pollack best size 4lb. near the end i then landed a turbot. never got one before so my weekend was made. 
. so at the end i had 2 flats and the fisher man beside me had 3flats and a weaver. 
nasty fish. and along the beach pollack and flats were caught. so fishing session finished drinking session started. a great weekend good fishing and mad crack. ill be back soon for a longer beach session .
