People: just myself

Duration: only free for an hour so it was 7pm to 8pm

Tide: out as far as i know...but deep water all the same

Weather: lovely evening

Bait: ragworm

Rigs: float set about 15 feet, size 6 hook

Results: 1 wrasse (not sure if ballan or corkwing) 2 wee pollack. nothing big and all went back for another day.

Had a spare hour so decided to drown a few worms i had bought up the antrim coast on monday but hadnt used. went to ardglass rocks for a blast. i really like this wee spot, not too far from home and usually can get a fish or two (but with me its usually small). Nothing much to report, had the wrasse on the first cast (not sure if it is a ballan or corkeing - it was kinda red and brown with torquoise here and there). the two pollack came after, all small. put the fish into a rock pool, was lovely seeing them swimming around....like a natural fishtank! was a bugger trying to get them out of the bloody thing to release them

was 2 fellas up the rocks a bit spinning but didnt see them catch anything.

havent heard of any mackies from here yet :)

lovely spot and a lovely way to spend an hour was fishing over at the pier the afternoon before caught 2 small coalies and a small pollack. Still a bit early for the macks.
