Fri Apr 30, 2010 1:12 pm

headed out for a cast me and brian{saving private brian} was joined by taz and his two buddies john and terence.

duration,,730pm-300am,

tide-going.

bait-macks,lug,bluey,sandeel,squid.

rigs-two -three hook flappers.

weather-perfect

Arrived at the beach at 7 00pm and set up as we waited to be joined by taz and his buddies.just as taz and them were starting to fish brian on his second cast felt his line go very slack to which he reeled in a beauty of a seatrout to the weight of 2,5lb.i didnt catch my first fish till aprox 9 30 pm to which was a silver eel.brian had a few flounders by the time i got my first fish then i got a double of flounders and taz and company had also few flats.taz is writing his own post.i will let his tell his own story.as the nite went on i got 2 more and brian did also.had a great nite and also a pleasure to be joined by taz and buddies.

Brian 8 flounders,1 seatrout(2,5lb) and 1 small coaley
Me 4 flounder and 1 silver eel.

also got very lucky that i didnt come out worse when i aided taz of unhooking a weaver fish to which i got a small sting on my finger.a lesson learned.
