4 Dogs, One PB Rockling
Couldn't resist it, went back to see if I could get the conger I dropped the day before, We had a boat rod each dividing the pier in 3. Swapped between large and small baits, Only one head came up like it had been chewed.
Same Polish fellah was on the pier he was delighted with himself, catching plenty of dogs and codling, had good craic with him again.
Only take on the boat rods was a huge rockling, had to have been specimen size was as long as my elbow to my finger tips and as think as my forearm, was delighted with that, that look a large chunk of mack. Of course no camera with us, we hadn't even a head light, one torch and one lamp, it wasnt that dark though.
Two of us had rods out for dogs to keep us entertained, I got 4 my mate got zilch. Other forms of entertainment was trying to do our best "Wickla" accent so a half Jamaican half Cork whisper might've been heard in the Harbor, no offence lads

I'd nearly go back tonight better equiped but Im pooped. Good craic anyway.
